Ordering and product information

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted after payment authorization and confirmation. Product availability, colours and measurements are presented as accurately as practical, but screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances can create small differences.

Prices, promotions and payment

Prices and promotions can change before an order is placed. The confirmed checkout total, currency, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes form the order total. Obvious pricing or stock errors may require cancellation and a full refund.

Customization

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, patches, sizes and other personalization choices before adding an item to the bag. Customized products cannot normally be changed or returned unless the delivered item is faulty or does not match the confirmed order.

Delivery, returns and account use

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, address problems or events outside reasonable control. Returns must follow the published Returns & Exchanges policy. Customers must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
