Delivery services
Available standard and express services are calculated from the delivery country and shown during checkout. The displayed cost and estimated transit time apply to the complete bag.
Processing time
In-stock items are normally prepared within one to three business days. Name-and-number printing, patches, special-order products and peak-season demand can add processing time before dispatch.
Tracking your parcel
A shipping confirmation is sent when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first carrier scan. Use the same billing email and order number on the Track Order page.
Customs, duties and address checks
Local customs charges, taxes or remote-area surcharges may apply depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address and responding to carrier or customs requests. Contact customer care immediately if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.
