Shipping Policy

We want you to know what to expect from checkout to delivery. Below are our shipping charges, estimated delivery times and the steps to take if you need help with a shipment.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$29.99 or more after discounts. Orders below US$29.99 have a standard shipping charge of US$8. Your final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Destinations and standard shipping charges

Free standard shipping applies when the order merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$29.99 or more, or its equivalent in the checkout currency. Below this threshold, standard shipping is US$8 per order, or its equivalent. The threshold applies to the order, not to each individual product.

The table uses the same current exchange rates as product prices. Amounts may change when rates are updated. If you select a different supported checkout currency, both the threshold and shipping charge are converted into that currency. The final charge is shown before payment. Destinations are listed from the checkout country selector; shipping is available only when an option is shown for your complete delivery address.

Delivery Timeline

Your estimated delivery time includes order preparation and transportation:

Order preparation: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Transportation: 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total estimated arrival: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday).

For all destinations, the order cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time in Los Angeles (America/Los_Angeles), with automatic seasonal daylight-saving adjustments. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-working days enter processing on the next business day. Seasonal demand and particularly busy releases may extend preparation; we will email you if a significant delay affects your order.

Order Tracking

Within 1–2 business days of dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Use the tracking details for your order on our tracking page or the carrier’s official website.
The carrier may need 1–2 business days to display the first tracking updates.

Order Changes

Send requests to change an address or product selection within 6 hours of ordering. Once fulfillment has started, changes may no longer be possible.

If we approve a change, allow an additional 1–2 business days for preparation.

Support & Resolutions

Missing items: Please report missing items within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Tracking problems: Contact us if tracking is still unavailable after 3 business days.
Delayed parcels: If delivery exceeds the estimate, please contact us within the following 2 business days so we can request a carrier investigation.
